My energetic capacity has shifted since becoming a Mother in 2021, so when I came back to work at 3 months postpartum, I had to get VERY clear on where I spent my energy between serving my amazing clients and my own business.


I discovered how much content I could batch create when I set aside a day to really focus on the project that would drive the most results. I was able to start the day with an idea and end it with a final product, ready to release to the world! (Crazy right!)

This methodology has been game-changing, and I wanted to share it with my clients.

How Does It Work?

HOUR 1 - THE CREATIVE PHASE

This is where we will brainstorm, collaborate and strategize so we can create a clear idea of where you're at in your business and where you want to be.

HOUR 2 - THE STRATEGY PHASE

We will map out a plan of action + strategy on how to get you there.

HOUR 3 - THE IMPLEMENTATION PHASE

You will take a break away from the screen while I work my magic. When you return we will do a final recap and you will walk away with this session with something COMPLETED (see below for options).
